This article analyzes the institutional structure of the educational cluster, its constituent entities, and the mechanisms of their interaction. The study highlights the role of the governance system in enhancing the effectiveness of integration among education, science, and production within the cluster. The findings suggest that a well-organized institutional structure plays a crucial role in improving the quality of education, fostering innovation, and strengthening regional economic development.

Mazkur maqolada ta’lim klasterining institutsional tuzilishi, uni tashkil etuvchi subyektlar va ularning o‘zaro hamkorlik mexanizmlari tahlil qilinadi. Shuningdek, klaster ichida ta’lim, ilm-fan va ishlab chiqarish o‘rtasidagi integratsiya samaradorligini oshirishda boshqaruv tizimining o‘rni yoritiladi. Tadqiqot natijalariga ko‘ra, institutsional tuzilmaning to‘g‘ri tashkil etilishi ta’lim sifatini, innovatsion rivojlanishni va mintaqaviy iqtisodiyotni mustahkamlashda muhim omil hisoblanadi.

В данной статье рассматривается институциональная структура образовательного кластера, состав его участников и механизмы их взаимодействия. Особое внимание уделяется роли системы управления в повышении эффективности интегрatsiи образования, науки и производства внутри кластера. Результаты исследования показывают, что правильно организованная институциональная структура способствует улучшению качества образования, стимулированию инновatsiонного развития и укреплению региональной экономики.
