Abstract

Статья оценивает перспективы рынка недвижимости Узбекистана после принятия нового Закона Республики Узбекистан «О риэлторской деятельности». Закон создаёт нормативные предпосылки для цифровизации и безопасных расчётов. Предлагаются обновления НСРУ-3, НСРУ-2, НСРУ-1 и разработка стандарта МЛС для запуска этих инструментов. Ожидается сокращение неформального посредничества, ускорение сделок и рост прозрачности цен при сохранении правовой защиты.
