Abstract

Maqolada O‘zbekistonda davlat aktivlarini boshqarishda amalga oshirilayotgan institutsional islohotlar va ularning investitsion jozibadorlikni oshirishdagi o‘rni tahlil qilinadi. So‘nggi yillarda qabul qilingan “Davlat mulkini boshqarish va xususiylashtirish to‘g‘risida”gi Qonun (2019), Prezident farmonlari va Davlat aktivlarini boshqarish agentligi faoliyati, shuningdek Jahon banki qo‘llab-quvvatlagan SAMARA loyihasi asosida amalga oshirilayotgan o‘zgarishlar yoritiladi. Maqolada xususiylashtirish jarayonlarining shaffofligi, xalqaro reytinglardagi ijobiy natijalar hamda xorijiy sarmoyadorlar uchun yaratilayotgan qulay muhit tahlil qilinib, mamlakatning global investitsion bozoridagi raqobatbardoshligini kuchaytirish bo‘yicha taklif va amaliy tavsiyalar ishlab chiqilgan.
