The topic was chosen with the main purpose of facilitating for improvement of maritime sector in Tanzania, whereby the researcher wishes to assist Admiralty Court in Tanzania to have rules of procedure for proper and effective resolution(s) in adjudication of maritime disputes which can avoid contradictions of fundamental legal principles governing maritime cases in Tanzania.
