
Ovaj otvoreni obrazovni resurs (OER) istražuje jaz rodnih podataka i algoritamske pristranosti u umjetnoj inteligenciji (UI). Fokus je stavljen na reprezentativne, algoritamske, kulturne i intersekcionalne oblike pristranosti koji utiču na žene u različitim društvenim sferama. Kroz dokumentirane primjere naglašava se kako nedostatak rodno uravnoteženih podataka i stereotipni dizajn mogu dovesti do diskriminatornih obrazaca i nejednakih rezultata. Ovaj OER razvijen je u okviru europskog projekta GEDIS – Gender Diversity in Information Science, koji promiče otvorene obrazovne alate za rješavanje rodnih nejednakosti u visokom obrazovanju.
