Abstract

Abstract: Minimal-invasive Verfahren sind heute fester Bestandteil in der Therapie kolorektaler Karzinome (CRC). Sie bieten Vorteile wie geringere Morbidität, schnellere Rekonvaleszenz und vergleichbare onkologische Ergebnisse zur ofenen Chirurgie. Fortschritte in der Technik, darunter robotische Assistenzsysteme und transanale Zugänge, haben das Spektrum der operablen Tumorstadien erweitert. Der vorliegende Übersichtsartikel beleuchtet aktuelle epidemiologische Daten, klinische Besonderheiten, Diagnostik, operative Techniken sowie neueste Studienlagen und leitet daraus künftige Perspektiven ab. Eine Kasuistik illustriert die praktische Umsetzung.

Minimally invasive procedures are now an integral part of therapy for colorectal cancer (CRC). They offer advantages such as lower morbidity, faster recovery, and oncologic outcomes comparable to open surgery. Advances in technology, including robotic assistance systems and transanal approaches, have broadened the spectrum of operable tumor stages. This review article highlights current epidemiological data, clinical features, diagnostics, operative techniques, and the latest evidence, and from these derives future perspectives. A case report illustrates the practical implementation.
