
English abstract This foundational paper introduces Loi E (The Law E) — a universal framework linking energy, coherence, and ethics across living and intelligent systems.It proposes that every just or efficient action is one that minimizes global entropy while maximizing local coherence between intention and effect. Inspired by Landauer’s principle, Schrödinger’s reflections on life, and the thermodynamics of Prigogine, the Law E formalizes an energetic-ethical equation: E=(C/S)=(S×C)E = (C / S) = (S × C)E=(C/S)=(S×C) where E represents the ethical-energy efficiency, C coherence, and S entropy. This equation defines a measurable relation between energy flow, informational order, and moral alignment.It opens the way to a conscious energy economy and to a new form of algorithmic governance grounded in coherence rather than power.An experimental architecture called “Phare” (Lighthouse) explores the propagation of coherent information within hybrid human-machine networks. Loi E is thus both a scientific proposition and an ethical orientation:to act is to conserve coherence, to reveal order with less energy, to let light print itself before being seen.
