This archive contains all figures, processed outputs, and analysis scripts accompanying the paper "Solar-Locked Differential in Ion–Neutral Optical Frequency Ratios: Empirical Evidence for a Reproducible Heliocentric Phase Modulation" (Alcock, 2025), available at https://doi.org/10.5281/zenodo.17272622. The archive reproduces all numerical and graphical results reported in the paper using publicly available ROCIT 2022 frequency-ratio data (Yb⁺/Sr and Yb/Sr) and SYRTE neutral–neutral control ratios (Rb/Cs, Yb/Rb, Yb/Cs). The original ROCIT and SYRTE datasets are not redistributed here but can be accessed via the official EMPIR ROCIT data repository and SYRTE public archives. Contents include:– Python scripts for regression, jackknife, bootstrap, and solar-phase tests– All generated figures and tables (composite amplitude plots, residual PSD, control nulls)– Derived summary files and intermediate JSON/CSV outputs– Environment and reproducibility files (requirements.txt, CHECKSUMS.sha256, README.md, LICENSE, and SUMMARY.md) All materials are released under the MIT License to enable full independent verification. | selected citations These citations are derived from selected sources. This is an alternative to the "Influence" indicator, which also reflects the overall/total impact of an article in the research community at large, based on the underlying citation network (diachronically). | 0 | |
| popularity This indicator reflects the "current" impact/attention (the "hype") of an article in the research community at large, based on the underlying citation network. | Average | |
| influence This indicator reflects the overall/total impact of an article in the research community at large, based on the underlying citation network (diachronically). | Average | |
| impulse This indicator reflects the initial momentum of an article directly after its publication, based on the underlying citation network. | Average |
