The framework extends into a multi-layer structure supporting up to 128 semantic and energetic layers per letter, linking numerology, fractal logic, archetypes, colors, sounds, and emotions into one unified code. The system combines Hilbert space states, Unicode integration, QASM/Qubit notation, and Arithmosophy into a multi-dimensional universal code. This makes HERMES directly applicable to cryptography, artificial intelligence, quantum information systems, blockchain architectures, and symbolic data processing frameworks. This publication includes the Main Paper, technical specifications, proofs-of-concept, and supplementary philosophical/statement documents that establish the scientific, cultural, and intellectual uniqueness of the system.
