
This repository contains data and code to replicate all analyses of the paper Dietzel et al.: "Urban heat exacerbates climatic risks to urban biodiversity" in npj Urban Sustainability. The provided Quarto document replicates the most up-to-date manuscript with all figures, supplementary information and references. All data are provided except for precipitation data from MeteoSwiss for license reasons and raw covariate data for file size reasons. The provided cached files allow for skipping individual steps and readily reproduce the manuscript. To rerun all steps of the analyses from scratch, delete the cached files.
