Gestión de riesgos en emprendimientos minoristas agro comerciales en Manabí mediante AHP–TOPSIS

Abstract

En el Ecuador, los emprendimientos han experimentado un notable crecimiento en los últimos años, particularmente después de la pandemia del Covid 19, momento en el cual la sociedad se vio obligada a buscar alternativas económicas para enfrentar la crisis. Dentro de este contexto, el sector minorista de venta de balanceados en Manabí constituye un espacio clave, el cual presenta debilidades estructurales relacionada con la volatilidad de los precios del maíz y otras materias primas, la deficiencia en el manejo del inventario y los cambios derivados de las últimas reformas tributarias para el régimen Rimpe. Este estudio aborda la gestión de riesgos en un emprendimiento local de venta de balanceados y materias primas utilizando una metodología multicriterio AHP–TOPSIS; cuyo objetivo es priorizar estrategias que fortalezcan la sostenibilidad empresarial. La investigación considera factores vinculados a la administración del negocio, la cultura emprendedora y el marco legal ecuatoriano para las microempresas. Se evaluaron cuatro alternativas bajo cinco criterios clave: costos, efectividad, facilidad de implementación, satisfacción del cliente y sostenibilidad. Los resultados obtenidos mediante el método TOPSIS, indican que la digitalización de inventarios es la alternativa más acertada con un puntaje de 1.0, por encima de la estrategia de contratos anticipados con proveedores (0.52). Estos hallazgos confirman que el uso de metodologías multicriterio mejora la resiliencia empresarial y aporta insumos metodológicos transferibles a la docencia universitaria en áreas como gestión, derecho económico y emprendimiento, fortaleciendo la formación profesional mediante herramientas de apoyo en la toma de decisiones.
