Abstract

Osteomiyelit – suyak to'qimasining yuqumli-yallig'lanishli kasalligi bo'lib, og'ir klinik kechishi va davolash qiyinliklari bilan tavsiflanadi. Ushbu maqolada osteomiyelitning patogenetik mexanizmlari, klinik ko'rinishlari va zamonaviy davolash usullari tahsil etilgan. Kasallikning rivojlanishida mikroorganizmlarning suyak to'qimasiga kirib borishi, ularning yopishqoq bioplyonka hosil qilish qobiliyati, shuningdek, immunitet tizimining javob reaktsiyalari muhim ahamiyatga ega. Osteomiyelitning klinik ko'rinishi kasallikning shakli (o'tkir yoki surunkali), lokalizatsiyasi va bemorning yoshiga bog'liq. Zamonaviy davolash strategiyasi kompleks yondashuvni o'z ichiga oladi, bu esa antibiotik terapiyasi, jarrohlik davolash va qo'shimcha terapiya usullarini birlashtiradi. Maqolada osteomiyelitning diagnostikasi va davolash samaradorligini oshirishga qaratilgan zamonaviy yondashuvlar, jumladan, vakuumli drenaj, lokal antibiotik tashish tizimlari va rekonstruktiv jarrohlikning ahamiyati yoritilgan.
