Abstract

El presente artículo describe y explora el papel la memoria cultural de los y las colectivos que operan la programación de dos Radios comunitarias de comunicación social e intercultural que utilizan las plataformas de internet para su difusión: Radio Tsinaka (https://radiotsinaka.org/), y Radio Zapata (https://www.goteo.org/project/radio-zapata), ubicados en el estado de Guerrero y Puebla, se teoriza que estos radios, son dispositivos decoloniales de resistencia y afirmación de sus patrimonios culturales materiales e inmateriales al tener una programación desarrollada en sus lenguas maternas. Lo que les permite situarse cómo sujetos de resistencia cultural ante las arremetidas culturales surgidas desde la globalización y sus redes sociales e ir reafirmando sus saberes tradicionales y colectivos, principalmente de las mujeres que participan dentro de la realización de sus programas y proyectos radiofónicos que buscan construir ciudadanía y combatir las exclusiones patriarcales y racistas hacia los pueblos originarios, y organizar resistencias a estos proyectos hegemónicos, en torno a la colaboración, participación, capacitación e impulso de proyectos construidos por las comunidades y afrodescendientes.
