O'ZBEKISTONDA MILLIY YAGONA DARCHA TIZIMINI JORIY ETISH

Abstract

Mazkur tezisda O‘zbekistonda Milliy Yagona Darcha tizimini joriy etish masalalari ko‘rib chiqiladi. Jahon Savdo Tashkilotining Savdo tartib-taomillarini soddalashtirish to‘g‘risidagi bitimida (TFA) belgilangan talablar asosida mazkur tizimning huquqiy, tashkiliy va texnologik jihatlari tahlil qilinadi. Singapur, Koreya Respublikasi va Indoneziya tajribalari bilan qiyosiy o‘rganish orqali O‘zbekiston sharoitida mazkur tizimni amalga oshirish imkoniyatlari baholanadi. Tadqiqot natijalari NSW joriy etilishi tranzaksiya xarajatlarini kamaytirishi, savdo jarayonlarini tezlashtirishi va mamlakatning JST talablariga moslashuvini ta’minlashini ko‘rsatadi.
