Зеленая экономика и устойчивое развитие: экономический взгляд

Abstract

В условиях обостряющихся экологических вызовов и усиления глобальных тенденций к устойчивомуразвитию особую значимость приобретает концепция зелёной экономики как ключевого инструмента модернизациисоциально-экономических систем. В статье рассматриваются экономические аспекты перехода к «зелёной»модели роста, включая влияние на макроэкономические показатели, трансформацию структуры инвестиций идинамику рынка труда. Проведён анализ основных барьеров и институциональных ограничений, препятствующихвнедрению зелёных практик в развивающихся странах. Особое внимание уделено вопросам экологическогоналогообложения и стимулирования экологически ориентированных инвестиций. Полученные результатыуточняют роль экономической политики в достижении целей устойчивого развития и создают предпосылки длядальнейших эмпирических исследований в данной сфере
