This dataset accompanies the paper "Harnessing DNA Foundation Models for Cross-Species Transcription Factor Binding Site Prediction in Plant Genomes". It contains: Genome FASTA files of Arabidopsis thaliana and Sisymbrium irio in the fastas/ folder.
