This paper presents the development and implementation of a comprehensive web-based system designed to streamline graduation registration processes and enhance alumni tracer studies within higher education institutions. The system integrates Google Workspace automation tools to create a seamless, efficient, and scalable solution for managing student graduation data and tracking alumni post-graduation outcomes. By leveraging cloud-based technologies and automation, the system reduces administrative overhead, improves data accuracy, and provides real-time insights for institutional planning and decision-making.
