
These scripts have been used to analyse the Ribosome footprinting data from the Raven et al. publication titled "Hepatocyte identity and zonal position determinetumourigenic potential of mutant β-catenin", accepted for publication in Nature 2025. These scripts have been adapted from the Bushell labs RiboSeq GitHub pipeline Raw sequencing data is deposited in GSE275864 The analysis is done within specific envirnments as described in the Riboseq pipeline installation page. The exact composition of the environment used for these analyses is in the RiboSeq_environment.yml and RNAseq_environment.yml files. R version 4.2.2 was used.
