Abstract

Mazkur maqolada O‘zbekiston tijorat banklarida komplaens nazoratini tashkil etishning huquqiy asoslari va amaldagi holati keng yoritilgan. Mamlakatimizda amalga oshirilayotgan iqtisodiy islohotlar, moliyaviy barqarorlikni mustahkamlash, bank tizimini modernizatsiya qilish hamda xalqaro standartlarga mos faoliyat yuritish jarayonida komplaens nazoratining o‘rni alohida ahamiyat kasb etadi. Shuningdek, maqolada mavjud qonunchilik bazasi, xalqaro tajriba hamda O‘zbekiston tijorat banklarida komplaens bo‘limlari faoliyati tahlil qilinadi va takomillashtirish bo‘yicha tavsiyalar beriladi.
