
This dataset contains the anonymized binary symptom profiles of 182 patients diagnosed with influenza at Milas State Hospital, Turkey. The data is structured as a soft set for use in the study titled 'Parameter Selection Using Shannon Entropy in Soft Set Theory: An Application to Medical Diagnosis'. The dataset includes 8 symptoms as defined by the WHO. Each row represents a patient, and each column indicates the presence (1) or absence (0) of a symptom.
