Abstract

RESUMO A formação dos profissionais de saúde deve conjugar uma visão humanista e crítica, porém o modelo biomédico ainda predomina. A Resolução Nº 569 do Conselho Nacional de Saúde busca a formação interprofissional valorizando o trabalho colaborativo, visando melhorar a Atenção à Saúde (AS). As Ligas Acadêmicas (LA) são essenciais para desenvolver habilidades nos alunos, unindo ensino, pesquisa e extensão. O objetivo do presente estudo é relatar o primeiro ano da Liga Acadêmica [NN], fundada no campus avançado de uma Universidade [NN], que discute a humanização da saúde sob uma perspectiva multiprofissional. O uso da matriz swot permitiu identificar avanços e desafios, como a sobrecarga curricular e falta de recursos. Apesar das dificuldades, a LA atingiu parte de seus objetivos, reforçando seu papel na formação humanista dos alunos, uma temática pouco explorada nas graduações de saúde.
