The purpose of this project handbook is to serve as a comprehensive guide that (a) simplifies the onboarding process for new team members and (b) serves as a reference and orientation tool in case of uncertainties, ensuring smooth project execution. It provides a clear framework for collaboration, outlining the rules and expectations for working together effectively. The handbook also establishes well-defined communication structures, both internally (e.g. CSC, operative team, hub co-leads, project leaders) and with external stakeholders such as funding agencies.Additionally, it lays the foundation for efficient data management and quality assurance, ensuring that all project-related information is handled with precision and care.
