Abstract

Desde el punto de vista educativo, psicológico y social, la empatía, la autorregulación emocional y el desarrollo de habilidades sociales, son elementos esenciales para el desarrollo integral de la población adolescente cursante de la educación secundaria, que requiere de un acompañamiento continuo para el logro de metas en su formación. En virtud de lo anterior, la investigación tuvo como propósito realizar una revisión bibliográfica sistemática de la literatura proporcionada en el lapso de tiempo comprendido entre los años 2020 y 2024. Metodológicamente, se realizó una búsqueda exhaustiva de artículos académicos, que reportaran resultados de las categorías de análisis, en repositorios institucionales como Scopus, Web of Science, SciELO y Google Académico, siguiendo los lineamientos del método PRISMA. Posterior al cribado, se seleccionaron 19 artículos para su análisis. Entre los principales resultados, se destacó que los documentos seleccionados tienden a señalar que las habilidades sociales, como la empatía y la autorregulación emocional, promueven el bienestar de los cursantes de educación secundaria. Se concluyó que es imprescindible implementar estrategias educativas cónsonas con las necesidades estudiantiles, la resolución de conflictos y la interacción social.
