TechConnect Industry landscape report results year 1

Abstract

This infographic visualises key insights from the TechConnect Industry Landscape Report Year 1 (D1.2), which explores how advanced digital technologies (ADTs) are reshaping work, skills, and workforce capabilities across sectors. Based on the concept of Human–Tech Skill Complementarity, the infographic highlights the evolving relationship between human and digital skills, drawing on survey responses from both employees and managers across EU and non-EU regions. It also contextualises findings against European policy frameworks, providing a snapshot of the organisational challenges and opportunities emerging from digital transformation.
