Panorama sobre a clonagem Terapêutica no Brasil: Análise Jurídica, Ética e Técnica

Abstract

A clonagem terapêutica utiliza células-tronco embrionárias para fins médicos, possibilitando a regeneração celular e transplantes sem rejeição. Objetivos: analisar aspectos jurídicos, éticos e técnicos no Brasil sob a Lei nº 11.105/2005. Limites: a pesquisa foca no uso de embriões inviáveis ou congelados a mais de 3 anos para fins terapêuticos. Metodologia: trata-se de uma revisão bibliográfica com buscas por termos como clonagem terapêutica e direito à vida. Resultados: a legislação permite o uso dentro de parâmetros muito limitados, e enfrenta críticas éticas, técnicas e jurídicas. Conclusões: a técnica apresenta um potencial promissor, mas necessita de regulamentação mais flexível e avanços técnicos para superar desafios de execução.
