The article focuses on the analysis of selected aspects of spatial planning reform. The Act of July 7, 2023, amending the Act on Spatial Planning and Development and some other acts, introduced into the spatial planning system a special form of local spatial develop­ment plan—the integrated investment plan. The government's draft amendments to the above act clarifies many important issues requiring attention. The introduction of new principles for determining urban agreements was evaluated. They may include, among others, the scope of the investor's obligations in the implementation and financing of sup­plementary investments. The investment process could be shortened. The article indicates potential effects of the changes to the above provisions.

Artykuł koncentruje się na analizie wybranych aspektów reformy planowania przestrzennego. Ustawa z dnia 7 lipca 2023 r. zmieniająca ustawę o planowaniu i zagospodarowa­niu przestrzennym oraz niektórych innych ustaw wprowadziła do systemu planowania przestrzennego szczególną formę miejscowego planu zagospodarowania przestrzenne­go – zintegrowany plan inwestycyjny. Rządowy projekt zmian do ustawy precyzuje wiele istotnych kwestii wymagają­cych uwagi. Ocenie poddano wprowadzenie nowych zasad określania umów urbanistycznych. Mogą one obejmować m.in. zakres zobowiązań inwestora w realizacji i finansowaniu inwestycji uzupełniających. Proces inwestycyjny będzie mógł zostać skrócony.
