TISHLARNING PATOLOGIK YEMIRILISHI VA GIPERESTEZIYANI DAVOLASHNING YANGI METODLARI VA PROFILAKTIKASI

Abstract

Mazkur maqolada tishlarning patologik yemirilishi va unga hamroh bo‘luvchi giperesteziya muammolari ilmiy jihatdan yoritib beriladi. Tish qattiq to‘qimalarining yemirilishi turli omillar ta’sirida yuzaga kelib, bemorlarning hayot sifatini pasaytiradi, ovqatlanish va gigiyena jarayonlarini qiyinlashtiradi. Giperesteziya esa kichik stimullarga (sovuq, issiq, shirin yoki kislotali ta’sirlar) nisbatan sezuvchanlikning ortishi bilan tavsiflanadi. Zamonaviy stomatologiyada ushbu patologiyalarni davolash uchun remineralizatsiya dasturlari, nano-gidroksiapatit va bioaktiv shisha asosidagi preparatlar, lazer terapiyasi, yuqori adgeziya ko‘rsatkichiga ega biokompozit materiallar hamda minimal invaziv usullar qo‘llanilmoqda. Maqolada ushbu yangi metodlarning samaradorligi tahlil qilinadi hamda profilaktik chora-tadbirlarning ahamiyati yoritiladi.
