Bulk RNAseq of dopaminergic neurons in vitro cultures

Abstract

This Zenodo deposit contains a publicly available description of the Dataset: Title: "Bulk RNAseq of dopaminergic neurons in vitro cultures". Description: This dataset includes bulk RNAseq (2 x 150bps reads; Illumina TruSeq Stranded mRNA library prep kit with poly-A selection) of differentiated human embryonic stem cells into dopaminergic neurons. Briefly, hES (RC17) and hiPSCs (KOLF2.1) were differentiated towards ventral midbrain (vMB) fate based on a previously published protocol (Nolbrant et al, 2017). Detailed protocols for generation of human ventral midbrain dopaminergic progenitors and dopaminergic neurons can be found at dx.doi.org/10.17504/protocols.io.kxygx4eqol8j/v1 and dx.doi.org/10.17504/protocols.io.q26g7nbd1lwz/v1, respectively. This dataset is made available to researchers via the ASAP CRN Cloud: cloud.parkinsonsroadmap.org. Instructions for how to request access can be found in the User Manual. This research was funded by the Aligning Science Across Parkinson's Collaborative Research Network (ASAP CRN), through the Michael J. Fox Foundation for Parkinson's Research (MJFF). This Zenodo deposit was created by the ASAP CRN Cloud staff on behalf of the dataset authors. It provides a citable reference for a CRN Cloud Dataset
