This dataset provides the fossil pollen record from the N’Harcha site (Middle Atlas, Morocco), spanning the Late Glacial–Holocene transition (~12,960 cal yr BP to present). It includes percentage data for individual taxa, summary categories (Trees, Shrubs, Herbs, Ferns, Hygrophytes), non-pollen palynomorphs, total pollen concentration, and charcoal counts (>125 μm). These variables allow the reconstruction of postglacial vegetation dynamics with particular focus on Cedrus atlantica, a key Mediterranean conifer sensitive to climatic variability and human disturbance.
