Abstract Vitiligo is a chronic, acquired depigmentation disorder of the skin, characterized by the selective destruction of melanocytes, resulting in white macules and patches. While the condition is not life-threatening, it has a significant psychosocial impact, leading to emotional distress, reduced self-esteem, and social withdrawal. Conventional treatment options, including topical corticosteroids, phototherapy, and surgical techniques, aim at halting disease progression and inducing repigmentation, but results are often variable and relapses are common. From a homeopathic perspective, vitiligo is considered a manifestation of deeper miasmatic influences, often requiring an individualized prescription based on totality of symptoms and constitution rather than solely on the cutaneous changes. This paper presents a year-long follow-up of a case of vitiligo managed with a miasmatic approach, documenting clinical improvement and holistic benefits at Dr Batra’s
