G-ADOPT code and runscripts associated with 'Automated forward and adjoint modelling of viscoelastic deformation of the solid Earth'

Abstract

G-ADOPT code and associated runscripts used in 'Automated forward and adjoint modelling of viscoelastic deformation of the solid Earth'. gmd_gia_scripts.tar.gz contains runscripts and plotting scripts. gadopt-coupled.tar.gz contains the code and some test cases associated with the 'coupled' displacement-internal variable formulation for viscoelastic loading as refered to in the manuscript. g-adopt-substitute.tar.gz contains the code and some test cases associated with the 'substitute' displacement-internal variable formulation for viscoelastic loading as refered to in the manuscript. Specific instructions for running the cases in the manuscript are given in readme.txt
