Abstract

A saúde mental tem ganhado um espaço cada vez mais importante na sociedade,especialmente com a ampliação da divulgação desse tema nas redes sociais, por meio derelatos pessoais, debates sobre transtornos psicológicos, práticas terapêuticas,autocuidado e bem-estar emocional (Bizzotto, de Bruijn e Schulz, 2023).Plataformas como Instagram e TikTok configuram-se não apenas como veículosde comunicação, mas como espaços de construção social do conhecimento, onde osusuários participam ativamente na produção e disseminação desses conteúdos (Rezendeet al., 2024). Essas redes promovem uma aprendizagem informal, na qual os indivíduostrocam experiências e informações de forma dinâmica e colaborativa, ampliando o acessoa saberes que antes pertenciam aos ambientes acadêmicos e tradicionais.
