Abstract

Ushbu maqolada maktabgacha ta’lim tashkilotlarida pedagoglarning kasbiy kompetentligini shakllantirishningahamiyati va asosiy omillari tahlil qilingan. Maktabgacha ta’lim tashkilotining samarali faoliyati tarbiyachilarningkasbiy malakasi va kompetentligiga bevosita bog‘liqdir. Maqolada pedagoglarning kompetentligini rivojlantirishda o‘quvdasturlari, malaka oshirish, amaliyot va tajriba almashish, pedagogik nazorat hamda psixologik qo‘llab-quvvatlash kabiomillar keng yoritilgan
