НЕЗАВЕРШЕННОСТЬ ПРОЦЕССА ДЕКОЛОНИЗАЦИИ (НА ПРИМЕРЕ ФРАНЦИИ)

Abstract

В статье представлен анализ проблемы незавершенности деколонизации в контексте современных процессов геополитической динамики. Автор анализирует исторические, правовые и политические аспекты процесса деколонизации, начиная с послевоенного периода до наших дней. Сформулированы теоретические аспекты (идеи, подходы, концепции) объекта исследования. Сделан акцент на процесс деколонизации Французской империи с обобщением опыта организации конкретных форм неоколониальных практик в отношении ее бывших колоний и заморских территорий. Работа подчеркивает противоречие между формальным провозглашением независимости и сохранением структур колониальной эксплуатации. Автор приходит к выводу, что подлинная деколонизация требует не только политического суверенитета, но и фундаментального пересмотра международных экономических отношений и деколонизации сознания как в бывших метрополиях, так и в колонизированных странах.
