Let’s Talk Innovation — Strategy of Innovation for the Faculty of Engineering (NTNU) documents the shift from isolated initiatives to a faculty-wide innovation ecosystem across August 2021–July 2025. The strategy sets out four aims—raising awareness, building culture, developing skills, and institutionalising courses. The report details practical actions implemented. Grounded in barriers and drivers analysis and department needs mapping, it presents methods, KPIs, and outcomes that demonstrate strengthened innovation culture, competencies, university–industry collaboration, and governance. The report serves as a practice-based guide for embedding innovation into engineering education and research, with tools, indicators, and examples transferable to other faculties and universities.
