Demographic trends in an area are inextricably related to the dynamics of electoral participation. The changing demographic makeup of the Jaipur district between 2001 and 2024 is examined in this study, along with how it relates to voter turnout in various seats. This research provides a thorough examination of how age, gender, geographical changes, and socio-political interventions have influenced voting behaviour in Jaipur, with an emphasis on decadal census data, electoral registers, and voter turnout statistics. The impact of the Systematic Voters' Education and Electoral Participation (SVEEP) program in promoting inclusive voting procedures is given particular attention. The study uses a mixed-methods approach to find trends in voter involvement and differences between different demographic groups. These methods include statistical analysis, GIS-based spatial mapping, and comparative constituency-level studies. In order to comprehend changing civic behaviours in a district that is progressively urbanising, gender-based voting trends and age-segmented participation ratios are rigorously explored. This case study emphasises micro-regional differences in addition to placing Jaipur's election trends within the larger framework of national dynamics. The research's conclusions will give decision-makers, election officials, and civil society groups practical advice on how to increase voter participation and inclusiveness.
