Hyperspectral image data of unsorted metal scrap

Abstract

Hyperspectral image dataset of unsorted industrial metal scrap (includes foreign and contaminant materials such as wood, plastic, etc.) for metal production. The dataset is used for the publication "Hyperspectral Scrap Characterisation for Scrap Composition Optimisation in Steel Recycling" in the journal WM&R.
