Abstract

Abstract The current research aims to identify the role of moral intelligence as an independent variable in reducing incivility in the workplace as a dependent variable in the Nineveh Education Directorate- Bashiqa Education Department. Rudeness in the workplace is one of the negative behaviors that employees face when performing their job duties. The research problem was manifested in posing a set of questions, the most prominent of which was: Does moral intelligence play a role in reducing incivility in the workplace in the organization being studied? To achieve the research goal, the research relied on a descriptive analytical method to present conceptual opinions, Process data, and analyze it. The research sample consisted of (85) employees working in the organization being studied. The researcher used the statistical program (SPSS) to test the research hypotheses, and the research concluded with set of finding, the most significant of which was the existence of a significant impact of moral intelligence in reducing incivility in the workplace. In this context, a number of recommendations were presented, the most prominent of which was the necessity to enhance ethical aspects by holding seminars and training courses that focus on this vital topic. Keywords: Moral Intelligence, Incivility in the workplace, Nineveh Education, Bashiqa Education Department. الذكاء الأخلاقي مدخل للحد من الفظاظة في مكان العمل: دراسة تحليلية في مديرية تربية نينوى- قسم تربية بعشيقة سهيل لقمان عباس الفارس المديرية العامة للتربية في محافظة نينوى ملخص يسعى البحث الحالي إلى التعرف على دور الذي يمارسه الذكاء الأخلاقي كمتغير مستقل في الحد من الفظاظة في مكان العمل كمتغير معتمد في مديرية تربية نينوى- قسم تربية بعشيقة، وتعد الفظاظة في مكان العمل من السلوكيات السلبية التي تواجه العاملين عند أداء مهامهم الوظيفية، وتجسدت مشكلة البحث في طرح مجموعة من التساؤلات كان من ابرزها هل للذكاء الأخلاقي دور في الحد من الفظاظة في مكان العمل في المنظمة عينة البحث؟ ولتحقيق هدف البحث اعتمد الباحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي لطرح الآراء المفاهيمية ومعالجة البيانات التي تم جمعها من عينة البحث وتحليلها، وقد تمثلت عينة البحث بـ (85) موظفاً ممن يعملون في المنظمة عينة البحث، واعتمد الباحث البرمجة الإحصائية ((SPSS لاختبار فرضيات البحث، وتوصل البحث لمجموعة من الاستنتاجات كان من ابرزها وجود تأثير معنوي للذكاء الأخلاقي في الحد من الفظاظة في مكان العمل، في إطار ذلك تم تقديم عدد من التوصيات والمقترحات كان من ابرزها ضرورة العمل على تعزيز المعايير الأخلاقية في مكان العمل من خلال إقامة الندوات والدورات التدريبية التي تركز على هذا الموضوع الحيوي. الكلمات الدالة: الذكاء الأخلاقي، الفظاظة في مكان العمل، تربية نينوى، قسم تربية بعشيقة
