These Python codes are examples for applications of TPRD3km runoff data (An observation-constrained high-resolution runoff data for Third Pole transboundary rivers; TPRD3km: An observation-constrained high-resolution runoff data for Third Pole transboundary rivers): (1) Understanding the spatial distribution patterns and long-term trends of water resources in the transboundary river basins of the Third Pole. (2) Analyzing changes in flood risks in mountainous transboundary river basins by calculating the trends of annual maximum discharge based on the daily streamflow data at basin outlets. (3) Assessing the drought risk in transboundary river basins by calculating the Standardized Runoff Index (SRI). (4) Analyzing the trends in annual suspended sediment yield at three cross sections in the Indus basin, calculated based on the rating curve between discharge and suspended sediment concentration provided by Ali & De Boer (2007).
| selected citations These citations are derived from selected sources. This is an alternative to the "Influence" indicator, which also reflects the overall/total impact of an article in the research community at large, based on the underlying citation network (diachronically). | 0 | |
| popularity This indicator reflects the "current" impact/attention (the "hype") of an article in the research community at large, based on the underlying citation network. | Average | |
| influence This indicator reflects the overall/total impact of an article in the research community at large, based on the underlying citation network (diachronically). | Average | |
| impulse This indicator reflects the initial momentum of an article directly after its publication, based on the underlying citation network. | Average |
