This deliverable focuses on approaches that have been implemented or conceptualised with the aim to overcome challenges in running the developed prototype Digital Twin pipeline, for example, for larger scales, datasets, model simulations or user interactions than previously tested for the pilot study (see BioDT D6.1 - Pipeline Release and Validation).
