Estrategias financieras y comportamiento innovador en MiPyMEs vitivinícolas: modelo causal hacia la sostenibilidad en el Valle de Guadalupe

Abstract

Esta investigación propone un modelo causal que analiza cómo la relación entre la percepción de las estrategias financieras influye en el comportamiento innovador en las MiPyMEs vitivinícolas del Valle de Guadalupe, una de las principales regiones de la industria del vino en México. El objetivo es identificar las estrategias más efectivas y evaluar su impacto tanto en la sostenibilidad como en la competitividad, a fin de consolidar estas unidades económicas en su entorno dinámico. Para llevar a cabo este estudio, se empleó una metodología cuantitativa, con un enfoque correlacional-explicativo con un diseño no experimental, utilizado un cuestionario aplicado a dueños, empresarios, directores, gerentes y administradores. Los resultados confirmaron las hipótesis planteadas, demostrando que la cultura organizacional tiene una influencia positiva en el comportamiento innovador. Asimismo, se encontró que la percepción de estrategias financieras está directamente relacionada con la cultura y con el uso de las tecnologías de la información y comunicación. En conclusión, la mayoría de estas empresas emplean la innovación como herramienta estratégica de la competitividad, mientras que la planeación se consolida como un elemento clave en la adopción de prácticas sostenibles en la gestión empresarial.
