This deliverable contains information about the process and work done in creation of services to increase the adoption of solutions developed in the BioDT project. The first section contains general information about decisions regarding community platforms and how to best approach the integration of such services. The second section describes how Puhuri, HEAppE, and the LEXIS Platform are being integrated to enable easy access to HPC services and facilitate the onboarding of BioDT users. The third section focuses on the r4lexis R package, which can be used to enable the execution of LEXIS workflows. This is an important part of the BioDT solution, as it will make it possible for biodiversity researchers and developers to use R to execute BioDT workflows. The fourth section describes work on the R Shiny web application, which will serve as a graphical user interface to interact with the biodiversity prototype digital twins developed in BioDT. This deliverable was submitted to the granting authority 23/11/2023. It has been approved by the granting authority.

| selected citations These citations are derived from selected sources. This is an alternative to the "Influence" indicator, which also reflects the overall/total impact of an article in the research community at large, based on the underlying citation network (diachronically). | 0 | |
| popularity This indicator reflects the "current" impact/attention (the "hype") of an article in the research community at large, based on the underlying citation network. | Average | |
| influence This indicator reflects the overall/total impact of an article in the research community at large, based on the underlying citation network (diachronically). | Average | |
| impulse This indicator reflects the initial momentum of an article directly after its publication, based on the underlying citation network. | Average |
