
The data contain global estimates with country-level detail of food consumption and production, and food-related environmental and planertary-boundary impacts for benchmark and EAT-Lancet flexitarian diets for the years 2010, 2020, 2030, 2040, and 2050. The analysis was conducted with the biophyscial input-output model DIA-GIO whose methods are described by Springmann and colleagues (Nature 2018, https://doi.org/10.1038/s41586-018-0594-0).
