
This article discusses the importance of compliance with sanitary and hygienic requirements in the activities of hotels. In order to protect the health of guests, prevent the spread of infectious diseases and improve the general sanitary condition, the hygienic requirements for hotel rooms, kitchens, sanitary and hygienic units, air ventilation systems, water supply and waste disposal systems are widely covered. The personal hygiene of employees and the procedures for organizing disinfection work in the hotel are also considered.
