Through interdisciplinary analysis (philosophy, cultural studies, psychology), their role in modern culture is revealed, including examples from art, the digital environment (Backdrops) and psychological concepts (kenopsia, pink retrospection). The work highlights the connection of liminality with the transformation of identity and the reflection of collective fears in the context of global change.
