This comprehensive database, consisting of 22 individual Excel files, rigorously compiles over 10,000 temperature-property pairs and 1,360 temperature-property evolution curves for a diverse range of rock types, including igneous, sedimentary, and metamorphic samples. The properties included in the database are: mass loose, volume change, density, specific gravity, porosity, absorption, P- and S-wave velocity, uniaxial compressive strength, elastic modulus, Poisson's coefficient, Brazilian tensile strength, point load index, flexural strength, friction angle, cohesion, mode I and mode II fracture behaviour, thermal conductivity, specific heat capacity, thermal expansion coefficient, and permeability. We now describe the content of the various files Mass loss: Mass.xlsx Volume change: Volume.xlsx Density: Density.xlsx Specific gravity: gravity.xlsx Porosity: Porosity.xlsx Water absorption: Water_Absorption.xlsx P-wave velocity: vp.xlsx S-wave velocity: vs.xlsx Uniaxial compressive strength: UCS.xlsx Elastic modulus: E.xlsx Poisson coefficient: Poisson.xlsx Indirect tensile strength: BTS.xlsx Point load test: PLT.xlsx Flexural strength: Flexural.xlsx Friction angle: friction angle.xlsx Cohesion: cohesion.xlsx Mode I fracture behaviour: toughness KI.xlsx Mode II fracture behaviour: toughness KII.xlsx Thermal conductivity: Conductivity.xlsx Specific heat capacity: Specific heat.xlsx Thermal expansion coefficient: Expansion coefficient.xlsx Permeability: k.xlsx This dataset was published in the paper: Tomás, R., Benavente, D., Martínez-Ibáñez, V. & Garrido, M.E. 2025.
