Abstract

Maqolada muayyan huquqdan mahrum qilishni qo‘shimcha jazo sifatida tayinlashning bahsli masalalari ko‘rib chiqilmoqda. Sud amaliyoti misollarida uni qo‘llashning izchil bo‘lmagan amaliyoti aniqlanmoqda. O’zbekiston Respublikasi Jinoyat kodeksi Maxsus qismi moddalarining kumulyativ sanksiyalarini birxillashtirish bo‘yicha mulohazalar bildirilmoqda. Ushbu jazoning muddatlari va ularning sudlanganlik, da’vo muddatlari bilan o‘zaro nisbati tahlil qilinmoqda.
