Optimalisasi Proses Pengembangan Aplikasi Sertifikasi Profesi dengan Metode Agile Scrumban

Abstract

Di tengah persaingan global, kualitas sumber daya manusia (SDM) menjadi kunci untuk meningkatkan daya saing dan pertumbuhan ekonomi. Sertifikasi profesi penting untuk memastikan kompetensi tenaga kerja Indonesia diakui nasional dan internasional. Lembaga Sertifikasi Profesi (LSP) memainkan peran utama dalam uji kompetensi sesuai standar Badan Nasional Sertifikasi Profesi (BNSP). Namun, masih ditemukan beberapa tantangan dalam digitalisasi proses pendataan sertifikasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan aplikasi untuk mempermudah pendaftaran dan pendataan sertifikasi. Sistem ini dikembangkan menggunakan metode Agile Scrumban yang menggabungkan Scrum dan Kanban. Pendekatan kualitatif dengan wawancara semi-terstruktur digunakan untuk mengumpulkan informasi kebutuhan sistem. Setelah implementasi, sistem diuji dengan Black Box Testing serta dievaluasi dengan Lead Time dan Cycle Time untuk mengidentifikasi hambatan dalam pengembangan. Hasil penelitian diharapkan dapat menunjukkan bagaimana metode Scrumban dapat diterapkan secara efektif dan mampu mengidentifikasi hambatan yang terjadi serta mengevaluasi efisiensi dalam pengembangannya.
