This record is the official archive for the Skywork-o1 Open Model Series, a collection of advanced, open-source large language models developed by Skywork. This release (v1.0.0), published in November 2024, includes the following models, which are available for access and download on Hugging Face: Skywork-o1 Open (Llama-3.1 8B) Description: An advanced model based on the Llama-3.1 8B architecture. Access at: https://huggingface.co/Skywork/Skywork-o1-Open-Llama-3.1-8B. Skywork-o1 Open PRM (Qwen-2.5 7B) Description: A Process Reward Model (PRM) based on the Qwen-2.5 7B architecture. Access at: https://huggingface.co/Skywork/Skywork-o1-Open-PRM-Qwen-2.5-7B. Skywork-o1 Open PRM (Qwen-2.5 1.5B) Description: A Process Reward Model (PRM) based on the Qwen-2.5 1.5B architecture. Access at: https://huggingface.co/Skywork/Skywork-o1-Open-PRM-Qwen-2.5-1.5B. To ensure scientific reproducibility and accurate citation tracking, please cite this Zenodo record when using any model from the Skywork-o1 Open Series. In the main text of your publication, please also specify the exact model checkpoint used (e.g., `Skywork/Skywork-o1-Open-Llama-3.1-8B`).
