This deliverable presents the final outcomes of Skills4EOSC dissemination, exploitation, and communication activities, led by Work Package 8. Through extensive outreach and stakeholder engagement, the project advanced a European approach to Open Science training, promoting Minimum Viable Skillsets, a data stewardship curriculum, and collaboration via Competence Centres. Communication efforts, including social media, events, and user-friendly materials, effectively reached diverse stakeholders, raised awareness of project outputs, and supported alignment with European Open Science policies. The establishment of the Competence Centres Network underpins the longterm sustainability of project impacts, ensuring continued capacitybuilding and integration into the EOSC landscape.
